Walk Through & Sale Set Up
It all starts with a walk-through—a quick, no-pressure meeting at your home. We’ll take a look at what’s for sale, talk through your goals, explain the process, and estimate a timeline. From there, we’ll accommodate your needs and schedule as we stage the home. Once everything is in place, we’ll advertise your sale across multiple platforms to ensure a successful turnout. Step 2
Sale Days
A typical estate sale runs Friday and Saturday, with the option to add Sunday or even extend over multiple weekends if there’s a lot to sell. The process is flexible—we’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs. On sale days, you can relax. We handle everything from start to finish: managing customers, processing sales, and keeping things organized so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Step 3
Empty House (optional)
After the sale, we offer an optional clear-out service to remove any remaining items from the home. Using an environmentally friendly and community-focused approach, we partner with local charities, organizations, and individuals to ensure nothing goes to waste. This makes the final step of the process as easy and stress-free for you as possible—leaving the space cleared and ready for what’s next.
